Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. Please use the "Sign in with Google button" and use your work email when you sign in.

iPhone: Open Safari, go to support.lbchc.com, tap the Share icon (square with arrow), select “Add to Home Screen,” name it “Landmark Support,” (Or whatever you want to call it) and tap Add.
Android: Open Chrome, go to support.lbchc.com, tap the three-dot menu, select “Add to Home screen,” name it “Landmark Support,” (Or whatever you want to call it) and tap Add.
